Disclaimers & Shipping Policies
Lensitude LLC partners with a professional, high quality printing lab located in California. The approximate production time for Standard Prints (1 day); Canvas, Wood, Metal & ThinWraps Prints (2-3 days); Acrylic Prints (8 days). For all other products, production time is 7 days. Upon completion of production, the approximate standard shipping is 6-10 days. Please note this could be sooner or later depending on the delivery location.

For all orders outside of the U.S., please send a message with the image(s) you would like to purchase along with the print style and delivery address. I will then be able to provide you with the additional shipping costs. Please note that Lensitude LLC is not responsible for any Custom charges or shipping delays.
*It is important to note that the color on the prints may slightly vary due to the differing calibration of computer monitors.
*Prints sold are in the format of the camera's original aspect ratio of 2:3, and therefore to keep the intended aesthetic true to form, prints sizes reflect the 2:3 ratio unless otherwise noted. If you would like another size, please note the image will be cropped.
**When your prints arrive, please open carefully!** They are securely packaged with extra wrap, tape and cardboard to prevent marks, tears and bending. When using scissors to remove the cardboard and clear wrapping, it is strongly advised to use extra care and caution.

Returns or Cancelations
Your satisfaction is top priority, so if you need to return or cancel an order please contact me right away so that I can help resolve the issue in the best possible way. A cancelation must be made within 24 hours of the order because the production process begins immediately. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are not covered by Lensitude LLC. All returns must be returned in their original condition. If a print is damaged during shipment, please take photos of the damage within a day of delivery, and a new print will be shipped immediately.
Lensitude LLC takes great concern and safety of your personal information. We may use software tools to measure and collect session information, including page response times, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information, and methods used to browse away from the page.
